Thanks so much!!! I just called and got a card sent to me! The number at the bottom is for information. To get the card, you call 631-853-4235.
It saves an average of 20% on prescriptions that your insurance won't cover. However, pharmacies are not required to use and can tell you no. But, it's easy for them to particiapte, just ask them to call the center.
What was also interesting, is that the card is good for any family member, including pets! If they take a human medication. THis is huge for me cause I pay $80 a month to have Prilosec compounded for my cat!
