There's so much to see and do there. It's great! How long are you staying? Have you ever been before? I've been a couple of times so I'm no authority, but you could start by checking out Mousesavers . They have a bunch of info. on the parks and where to find good deals.

definately try to get into LeCellier (Epcot). they are one of the best restaurants in Disney. We try and go every time we go. They book up fast so try and make your reservations early.

Try this site:
allearsnet.com
If you go to restaurants and click on menus you will find a list broken down by park and hotel of every table service, counter service and most carts located in WDW. This way you can look ahead and figure out a budget and what restaurants appeal to you.
I would recommend if you want to eat at a sit down (table service) that you make your reservations (ADRs) NOW (if you are under 180 days). Unfortunately depending on when you are traveling it is very hard to get into the sit down restaurants (esp during free dining) and the way their system works they reserve all their tables for ADR's and none for walk ins.
