Disney advice spinoff
After reading how many people here did brave disney with an infant, I was hoping that you can share some advice as far as how you planned, packing etc for your trip. TIA

Re: Disney advice spinoff
I am not a mommy quite yet but we are planning a trip for 10/08 or 11/08 and I have been reading this board:
www.disboards.com
I find that this site is really helpful - there are tons of families and all sorts of packing lists, advice, hints for parents with young children who will be visiting the park.
Hope that helps!

Re: Disney advice spinoff
dont know how old your child is but I went 2xs this year and first time I brought her carriage and car seat, second time I used snap n go and it was sooooo much easier. Easier at the airport and easier maneuvering through the parks. I heard you can rent a car seat but we chose not to. If your childs older then mine just bring a foldup stroller. In terms of what to bring....w bought alot of stuff down there so dont overpack. everything is so cute that you will end up lugging what you bring and what you buy. If I think of anything else I will post more...

I've been on the disboards for around 6 years now. It's a great resource and the people are very friendly and helpful over there! We have been going every year since DS was 2 and it's a blast. Although we missed a trip this year since I was pregnant. When he was younger we used to ship the bulky stuff ahead of time to the resort (diapers, pool toys, kid snacks, etc). It really helps with the packing situation.
I'm looking forward to taking Emma, and hope to plan a trip for next Winter/Spring.
Also, right now they have a free dining package for August and September. There is info at www.mousesavers.com.
