Disney Cars Party Lots of Pics
The party was a success! It was a joint birthday party for DS#1 and DS#2. I had a race track set up for bikes, buggies, plasmacars and traffic cones . The kids loved the race track. We had a poker table for the adults.  I tried not to post pictures of other peoples kids so it's mostly just DS.
We also had a clown from Legendary Entertainment and she did a good job overall. She did face painting, brought cotton candy and music. The balloon twisting was added to the basic package. I give them a 7 out of 10. Not sure if I can leave negative feed backs since they're a vendor here.
We used Baccone Caterers in Selden. The food was good. Delivery was on time but they forgot the salad. They delivered it much later after we called.
Most of the party supplies were ordered through www.EZPartyZone.com. I loved, loved, loved them. Their prices were very reasonable. Selections were great and delivery was super fast.
Some supplies were ordered through Amazon. The ones there were NOT prime didn't even make it here before the party. I was so disappointed. Over 2 weeks for delivery. I will never order from them again.

The venue was at the clubhouse of my mil's condo. They were very good about us setting up the race track. We did put down floor protection because we didnt want to damage the floor.
I made the cupcakes. I only did 24 Mcqueen and Mater cupcakes. omg! they took forever to do. The rest were plain with frosting.

Everything looks great! What kind of frosting did you put on the plain cupcakes?
My friend actually made the frosting for me but I frosted it. She said it was vanilla with a heavy cream. It was delicious.
