Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian. Its pretty $ though.

Le Cellier (the steakhouse in Epcot Canada).
I love Ohana, but that's probably more family-ish than romantic night out-ish.

California Grill @ the Contemporary, Artist Point @ the Wilderness Lodge and Yachtsman Steakhouse @ the Yacht Club are all wonderful restaurants.

We loooved Victoria and Alberts. Also just had a wonderful meal at Jiko.

We've been there twice and were impressed by the food both times - they have a wide array of fresh fish options. It's also nice that you can walk around on the Boardwalk afterward.
ETA: I really like the Brown Derby at MGM.

also the yachtsmen steakhouse was also great!

Our faves are Jiko, California Grill, Artist Point and Chef's table at Victoria & Albert's.
