Le Cellier (the steakhouse in Epcot Canada).

I love Ohana, but that's probably more family-ish than romantic night out-ish.

California Grill @ the Contemporary, Artist Point @ the Wilderness Lodge and Yachtsman Steakhouse @ the Yacht Club are all wonderful restaurants.

We've been there twice and were impressed by the food both times - they have a wide array of fresh fish options. It's also nice that you can walk around on the Boardwalk afterward.

ETA: I really like the Brown Derby at MGM.

Our faves are Jiko, California Grill, Artist Point and Chef's table at Victoria & Albert's.
