Disney in April?
We've been to Disney in May, June, July, August, November and December.
I want to go in April but not sure when in April would be a good week? It would have to be April 11-16 or April 25-30. April seemed to be the best as far as weather, hardly rains compared to some other months we've been there. It would basically be the week after spring break or last week in April. There is a lot of rain in May so I didn't want to go then. Which would you think would be better for weather? Early April or end of April?
We've had a lot of bad luck with Orlando and having lots and lots of rain days all day.
Thanks!

Re: Disney in April?
When we went in April, it is was spring break and CRAZY packed. I would never do it again. We went this year the 1st week of Sept. and it was empty and still warm :)

Re: Disney in April?
We definitely don't want to go during Spring Break. But Spring Break ends in early April, doesn't it? My sister's blackout dates are from March 28-April 10 because of Spring Break. I would have thought that it wouldn't be so crowded the week after?

I thought that every place has different spring break times. NY is the last week of March but not sure about other states.

Re: Disney in April?
Although Disney's pricing structure considers Easter / Spring Break to be over on April 10, the reality is that schools in different parts of the country adhere to their own schedule. While you may benefit from regular season rates as opposed to peak season, the earlier in April you go, the better chance you have of running into increased crowd levels.
I would agree that your later date range would be the better choice in terms of avoiding the largest crowds. Of course like most things, your mileage may vary.

Re: Disney in April?
Check out disboards they are good over there with crowd levels and since there are people from all over the country and outside the US you can get a better idea of when school breaks are - I would think the end of April would be your better bet!
