Disney Package for 2 days?
DH and I are planning a road trip to FL over the long April break. We will be stopping along the way to see family in the Carolinas and will be making our way down to Palm Beach to visit DH's sister. We thought it might be fun to do a day or two at Disney on the way down. I was looking on Disney's website and it looks like the packages (their resorts + tickets) are only available if you stay at least three days. Is there anyway to get a package for only 2-3 days?
At most, we would want to do Tuesday - Thursday... Tuesday night and maybe Wednesday night in a hotel, max. 3 days in the park, maybe just 2. Does this make sense? Also, unfortunately, that week is their peak season, so do you think it would be cheaper to stay off property and jsut go to the parks OR stay on property and park....also open to the disney dining plan if that can be an option.
Finally, DD will be about 21 months old... what do you recommend for a kid this age? is it crazy to bring her? we were thinking just magic kingdom and epcot.
TIA

Re: Disney Package for 2 days?
I think 3 days is the minimum for a package but I could be wrong. You don't have to get a package unless you must have the dining plan. You can always just get hotel and tickets separately. I would definitely stay on site though for peak time. The parks will already be crowded and you might want that extra magic hours if you are only going for 2 days. If you stay onsite you can park at the parks for free - otherwise it will be about $14 a day.
