The price is for the magic your way tickets.
Magic Your Way Ticket Options
This is the base ticket, providing admission for your clients to any one of the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks for each day of their ticket.
Disney is trying to push buy the ticket for longer stays save money. If you buy a 10 day ticket it's about $22.50 per person for anyone over the age of 10.
If you live in FL, their are the FL resident rates 
I just checked the Disney TA site (I still have full access to all the TA stuff) and surprisingly their is no mention of it. But they mention the new sailing itineraries for next year

Funny you post this. We are going at the end of the week. DH realized last night at 11:00 that they were going up today. He raced to get out tickets bought by midnight!  Thank goodness we got the old rate!
