Disney Reservations question...

I know they take reservations starting 180 days out. For instance, for the week we are going, it looks like T-rex opens for reservations tomorrow, for Oct 19th. Do they open for the week (all the restaurants) or do I have to call every morning this week, for reservations for each day as they open up?

If you are staying onsite ADRs run 180 from check in and then you can book up to 10 days of vacation dining at that point. So if say may 1st is your 180 day window you are staying less than 10 days you can book it all then.

TRex btw only puts a small number of tables into wdw's rotation. People say disney will show no availabilty but if you call the restaurant directly there are tons of tables. You might be better to call trex directly.

Thanks, we are staying offsite, does that make a difference?

I thought you could only book 180 not the 180+. But I always stay onsite and book by phone so not sure. You could certainly try. Worst case is you have to call or go online each day.

Etd to add I looked it up and the 180+ is for resort guests so it looks like off site just gets 180 days. So you would have to try each day.

I just wanted to add a tip about T Rex. If you can't get the time and day you want through Disney, call TRex directly. Apparently they only open up a number of reservations to Disney. Most people have had better luck calling them directly. Good luck!
