Disney Review!
Wow - so Disney over the 4th of July Weekend was a BLAST!
Here's my review.
Beach Club: Wow - how beautiful! And the pool - oh my goodness. They have a few. One is a sand bottom - has a really cool slide, waterfalls, etc. There's a lazy river, kiddie pool, and then another pool more normal pool to relax in. Also saw 2 hot tubs. These pools are also used by those at the yacht club.
Food.
Akerhaus (Norway - Epcot) Went there for breakfast and Dinner (yeah - my frineds and I are 5 and needed to have both meals with the princesses). Food was amazing! The potatos in the morning were to die for. Great service.
Beaches and Cream (near the Beach Club Pool) Great Ice Cream, including "The Kitchen Sink" Which, is a very large bowl, that looks like a kitchen sink with 8 scoops of ice creaml, and all the toppings. We were unable to finish.
Cape May Cafe - Breafast - Yummy Buffet! Normal breakfast options
Resturauntasauras (Animal Kingom) Another breakfast buffet (more character's again, we're 5).
California Grill (Dinner) Oh. My. God. Soooo good! Great Sushi. Wonderful Serious. It's pretty pricey, but so great.
The Steak House in Japan (as Epcot) - Yum! Again, the sushi was awsome. I had chicken and shrimp - it was fantastic!
The rest of the stuff we got was quickserve - but all very good. I think i could be a very happy person eating there for the rest of my life.
50's Prime-Time Cafe - I love it! The food is great - and it's too cool to be in that setting! Plus, you look at the dessert menu using a view finder!
And, even though we ate a lot, we had to push my one friend around in a wheel chair, with lots of hills, so my frined and i are pretty sure we burned off anything we ate
Okay, rides.
Sorin! AHHH! So cool! I highly reccomend trying this. It's in Epcot in The Land. You really feel like you're just floating over California - they even have smells of the forests, etc.
Misson Space: Yeah, It was cool, kind of dissapointing. I'm stilll actually on Mars.
Space Mountain - Wonderful, so much fun!
Rockin' Roller coaster - TOO COOL - best roller coaster imho. Plus, really, how can you go wrong with Areosmith?
Buzz Lighyear - My gun was broken, so that was disappointing, but it was still pretty cool.
It's a Small World: Now they sing in different languages - but the audio isn't that great, so we couldn't really understand much.
Haunted Mansion: Okay - the coolest part is the end.
We went on a few more, but I'm blanking.
Shows:
That new action car show from EuroDisney: Eh, disappointing. I mean, it was pretty cool - but I could have done without it.
Muppets 3D: How can you go wrong with the muppets? Very Entertaining.
The Philharmagic - Great! i really loved this show - very entertaining!
Oh, and then Jellyrolls (Piano Bar on the boardwalk). Great for late night! All the pianists were very talented - really got us up and dancing! A lot of fun!
I think that's it

Re: Disney Review!
Thanbks for the review!!! SOunds liek you had fun. I LOVE CA Grill!!!!!
Mission: SPACE reopened the following day or later that day. I don't know what the eventual results of autopsty were, but it wasn't the ride that killed him. I've been on the ride. It can mess you up if you have a pre existing heart condition or something (which there are only about a quadrillion warnings for), but it does not kill people on its own. It's a perfectly safe ride. The 4 y/o didn't belong on it, and that was at the parent's discretion. I never heard what the kids actually had or what the autopsy showed, and it's VERY unfortunate that he died and if he had a pre existing condition that his parents did not know about, but the ride absolutely does not kill people. It's a glorified gravitron.

Re: Disney Review!
Yea, I have been on it too.. I DEF would not of put my 4 year old on it..I know he made the height restriction (they said he was a very tall 4 year old) but maybe on a ride like that they should have age restrictions too.. I guess even if he had been older though it might of still happened. Such a tragedy.

You'll love it! I've stayed there and the contemporary - and while the contemporary was nice, i just loved the atmosphere of the beach club, and being near the boardwalk, etc.
Enjoy your trip!
