Diva Party Ideas...
So my sweety will be turning 10 in July. Yes, I'm way ahead of myself thinking about this now but time goes quickly and wanna have a rough idea of what I should be expecting & looking to spend.
I was thinking of having a "Diva" theme outing with at least 6 other girls. My thoughts were go to a nail salon/spa (upscale place not your typical around the corner salon)having each girl get mani/pedi. For goody bags I'm considering getting them cute tote bag and putting inside a cute pair of flip flops. Now, we'll probably only be at the salon for about 1 1/2 hrs what what else can i do....
Dinner & cake would follow later on in the evening with the rest of the family.
Has anyone hosted or attend a party like this?

Since its in July, maybe you could incoroprate the beach in there some-how ??? Best part of that is its free and fun !

Not sure where your located but there' a spa/salon in Patchogue called A Girls Gotta Spa. It sooo cute. I took my boyfriends neice there once and she's going back for her bday on sunday.

This would really be a fun idea but too much responsibility to watch over 6 girls near water or at a crowded beach. As it is I'm a nervous wreck with my 2 at the beach.

Thats a really cute idea
Maybe have the girls back to your house & so a mini spa session, masks/fun makeup/ hair accessoerries. Then do a mini kareoke session/runway session complete with boa and those star shaped sunglasses! You can take a picture of the 'divas' and have them glitz & glm a cheap picture frame and put the girls picture in it as a party favor
