Dix Hills Adventure Camp or Huntington YMCA
Last year I sent my 6 year old son to the Huntington YMCA for 6 weeks of Summer Camp. It was good but I am thinking about trying the Dix Hills Adventure Camp this summer. Has anyone sent their kids to Adventure camp and if so any pros/cons to help me decide on whether I should switch?

I have not but have many friends that do... All the gives love it..
I actually know one who sent to west hills but switched to dix hills adventure camp and they loved it.....
I do not know about the Huntington Y

Two years ago I sent my two children to YMCA in Huntington. Last year we tried Dix Hills. We all much preferred Dix Hills. They love swimming everyday and ice skating twice a week.

Pro is that it is much more affordable and the con is limited availability. I've heard great things they also offer for an extra charge golf lessons and ice skating lessons those I feel are affordable too.
