Dizzy spell today at work
Did this ever happen to anyone? I got up out of my chair to walk into my boss' office and I felt like I was drunk...kind of wobbly and like the floor was moving as I was walking. It only last a couple of minutes but it scared me.
ETA: I am 25 weeks now.

i had that alot in my frist trimester and a few weeks into the second. i was told there was nothing wrong with me.  try and keep some candy or juice with you it may be low blood sugar

I am 23 weeks...I got dizzy a few times in the first trimester, not now...but I know the doc had said it was normal. Just try to also drink alot of water...
