Do any of you have an amazing meatball recipe you'd be willing to share?

I'm embarrassed to say--I've never made meatballs!

Anyone have a great recipe?

I make mine like this



Here's my recipe, I just eyeball everything and throw it in.

1 lb. ground beef
Breadcrumbs
Parsely
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder

I throw everything in a big bowl, combine, then in meatballs and bake or fry. I never fully cook them through because I let them simmer in sauce to cook through, this keeps them very tender and juicy.

I made spaghetti & meatballs for the first time a few weeks ago and I used this recipe.

I made some modifications to get the sauce just right but I followed the recipe exactly for the meatballs and they came out YUMMY.

use beef prork and veal and use milk .. deeelicious!

obvioulsy all teh other ingredients too eggs spices breadcrumbs

1 big pkg of chop meat- family size
1 egg
4 c Seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
dry basil
a little bit of onion powder
milk
Mix well, roll into meatballs , fry them till they are brown and crispy, drain, and add to sauce and cook for about 1 hour, so yummy! HTH
