We hired a landscaping co to install ours - we had bought it at a wholesaler.

Rose fence will but the difference in price is so small that it doesn't make sense (unless you have found something that can't be replicated). It only knocked $600 or $800 off of the total price.
I'd go the route of the previous poster or a handyman.
