Do hotels book up way ahead of time near Dutch Wonderland?
We may be planning a mini vacatioe around there over the summer but I'm not ready to commit to a date yet....I'm usually a planner so this is new to me....
Am I going to be in for a rude awakening if I wait too long or is there a bunch of places near by ?
Also , reccomendations welcome....Thanks

we are going in june and my sis called yesterday to book a room at the place we are staying and they didn't have what she was looking for. but she found another place easily.....

tons of places nearby . We stayed at best westrn eden, about 10 minutes away. Absolutely beautful place...we loved it

You can always get a room even a few weeks before. I end up booking a hotel that gives me the option of cancelling 24 hours before if I find something better.

I booked a hotel the day before we went last year. I don't plan on booking in advance this year either. We rescheduled our trip to Lancaster 3x last summer. We just did a weekend trip without taking any time off from work. Different things kept coming up on the weekends. I'm glad I didn't book the hotel in advance.
