Do Huggies run small?
I bought a package of size 2 Huggies last night to put James in overnight.
They *barely* cover his tush! They look SOOOOOOO teeny tiny! He's only 15 pounds and it supposedly goes up to 18, but it didn't look like it would hold in one of his poops at all!

They definitely run small - or smaller than Pampers, anyway. I just switched to Fisher Price, and find them comparable to Huggies in size...we'll be moving up sooner than I expected.
