Do husbands get days off for birth?
DH works in the city. Does he get any days off when baby is born?? He's going to take time off regardless but we can't seem to get a straight answer.

I am pretty sure they get 5 days for paternity leave.... but you have to use your sick days to get paid. :(

My hubby did not....he had to use his sick days....and hes a NYCDOE teacher

Do husbands get days off for birth?
DH used his sick days and took 6 weeks under FMLA. He works in a SD on Long Island.
