do i need special towels for the baby or can i just use the ones i use for myself?
They have such cute towel sets to register for but ar ethey neccessary?

I like the hoods on the baby towels, but they aren't necessary. In the beginning my daughter's skin was really sensitive though, so I needed to use a special detergent. I don't see why you'd truly need special towels though.

Not necessary. You can use your own towels - just make sure they're pretty soft.

I agree. I pretty much use our towels but I did buy a hooded robe for DD that Ill occasionally use also.

I would get a few, I have a lot of the hoodie towels and use them all. I love them. Great for the beach and pool.

We have used our towels for Emily before when we really needed to do laundry but to wrap them up after thier bath the square size of the baby towels is really the best. Regular towels are kind of weird to wrap them up in.

I have the hooded towels for babies/kids and they are great. Never thought to use my own towels. They baby towels are just softer and in a triangler shape to wrap baby. If I were you, register for some. JMO

I use the hooded towels and I wash them with her clothes with the baby detergent. Dd has a lot of hair so the hoods are great for her.
