I'd stay up late and get some cookies started tonight.
DH helped me finish all mine last night. I frosted them and he decorated them with sprinkles. It was a good team effort and he helped clean up. What took me 90 min last year took us 45 min yesterday.

I'm in the middle of making some things tonight and just leaving the sugar cookies for tomorrow. I know I'll be much less stressed tomorrow by getting a head start tonight. Start with something on the easy side.

I just got finished making about 150 cookies in 3 different flavors..
I still have one flavor left for tomorrow.
We'll see if that ends up happening.

I made those coconut macaroon ones
Chocolate peanut butter chip ones
And white chocolate macadamia nut
There are about 40-50 of each kind.
They are not just for our family to eat. They're for giving away.
And that's for my mom to give away, and myself to give away to a couple of people. So it's really not THAT many.

I started already.
I made sugar cookies on Sunday since they last the longest.
Monday night I made pignioli cookies and ginger cookies.
Tuesaday night I made oatmeal raisin cookies.
Wed (today) after work I'll make 3 batches of chocolate chip cookies. After dinner I'll make a cheesecake.
My oven has been working over-time, not to mention the baked ziti my DH has to make today too!
