do the IUI meds mess w/your cycle

I did my first IUI 2 cycles ago. I still had mature follies when my 2nd cycle started so the RE said to wait a month to start my IUI#2.
Over the past few months, AF has come every 24-28 days or so... I'm already going on day 33 and no sign of AF and the pg tests I've taken are all negative.. I think we once around ovulation, so I don't even know how much of a chance we have..
not sure what to think here...

Everyone is different. But they didn't mess with my cycle at all. I was one Estrogen with all of them.

I don't know if it means anything but I swear I have heard of at least 6 different women saying their cycle was super long this month. Maybe it's the moon or something lol
