Re: Do the "kicks" get painful?
That's so funny--I'm at work now (school) and during my last class I was sitting at my desk while the kids were working and the squirming was almost unbearable--not painful, but just reallllly uncomfortable. I am 33 weeks and just coming to the point where I have to push the body parts in there back down!!

Oh they can get quite painful...will make "dancing" on your bladder feel wonderful! Some get rib kicked and others just plain kicked to death. I tend to get the latter...I tell baby bear: mommy's belly might rip open, please stop!!!

Re: Do the "kicks" get painful?
Mine aren't painful, but they sometimes feel akward. I'm sure they will get harder though. I am only 25 weeks.

Same here. Not sure if the baby's breech, but it's either a hand or foot that's scratching my cervix. It feels like I'm getting a pap and it makes me go "yikes!"

Re: Do the "kicks" get painful?
Not just the kicks...but when they get a certain size the stretching and wiggling starts to hurt too! The skin actually starts to hurt and feel bruised!

Re: Do the "kicks" get painful?
I dont find the kicks painful, but now that its getting close, the baby is squirming inside of me, imagine the way you feel in a tight sleeping bag and you want to stretch - thats what the baby is doing - so its pushing ribs and internal organs out of the way for a good stretch - I'm like - sweetie - they really cant move too much!
