do toddler bed rail extenders exist? DS keeps falling out!

DS1 is so excited about sleeping in his toddler bed, but the longest he's ever stayed is 2.5 hrs. Not because he wakes up and climbs out, but because he moves SO MUCH and falls out! He either falls out right over the rail, OR he gets his head where his feet should be and slides out the bottom.

A larger bed is not an option - we don't have the room.

We have 1 side against a wall, but the other side needs a larger rail.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is there any way to remove the rail that comes with the bed and put a full length side rail? You can also try a bolster I'm sure they make kid size versions. My only other suggestion is to put him back in the crib and try again in a few months.
