Do we eat the white seeds in a watermelon?
I am not sure...are we supposed to eat these? Should I let my 1.5 year old eat them or do I pick them out?

You can eat the white seeds. I do.
Now.. here is my gross admission of the day that may render my first statement useless to you:
I eat black seeds in seeded melon too. I just swallow them because it's easier then trying to work around them when I'm eating a chunk of watermelon.
I have not - to date - had a watermelon grow in my stomach. At least not that I am aware of.
