Do we have a chance? Sorry, pretty long...I really need to vent.

My average cycle length is 30 days. I have had some spotting pre-AF so I went to my ob/gyn a couple of weeks ago. She did some cultures on me which turned out normal and last night I had a sonogram and my blood taken on CD21.

I had been doing OPKs this month (her suggestion) and of course they didn't work for me. I tested from day 10 until day 18 and then gave up.

So yesterday she informs me that according to my sonogram I may be ovulating
For fun last night I POAS and there is a faint line. Double

I tell DH this and he had already taken care of himself that evening if you know what I mean.

We BD'd last night and this morning anyway but I feel like there can't be anything in there???

I am just so sad that I had this appointment, found out I ovulated and DH (though not really his fault) had to be a total man. I told him until I get pregnant he can't be just throwing it away anymore. I don't care if we have to do it every day it just upset me so much that it was THE time to do it and he had to overexert himself. I feel like I got all the crap leftovers. Way to make a quality baby

Anyway on top of all this I may have a short luteal phase. If my blood test comes out that I didn't ovulate from last night I have to go back next week for another. She said if I don't get pregnant this month I may have to go on clomid. I guess I'm happy that I know this on month 2 and not month 12.

So what do you think girls? Do we still have a chance this month?

im hoping you do! i dont know enough to give you a definite answer. but anything is possible! and i know what you mean about our DH's "overexerting" themselves. i went to AC a couple of weekends ago and came back and asked DH if he "did" and he tried to hide it from me! i was so mad. they dont get that they cannot do it until a baby is made. men good luck tho!!!!!

You still have a chance. I warned my DH that he better, for lack of a better way to put it, keep his hands away from there! Good luck! Don't kill DH just yet!
