Do we need Head and Neck support-type product for Chicco Key Fit Car Seat?
Or does the Chicco have some type of head and neck support for infants already?
TIA!

It comes with inserts.
When we took my DD home from NICU, we were told to take all the inserts out anyway - since they are not safety tested :)

It comes with a newborn insert. DS was in the NICU for a month and they left the carseat as-is with the newborn inserts, but that's because those came with the seat and they are crash/safety tested by Chicco. Anything that you buy on your own is not recommended.
