Do we tip the guy installing our new front door?
He's here now and has to finish tomorrow. Should I give him $20? Do they noramally get tipped? TY!

I have someone coming today to install one of those AC units in the wall from Jay's. Should I tip him?
He is finishing it today so I waited to take pics. It looks gorgeous! I can't wait to show you guys!
