Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
Or just leave them on the old schedule? DS woke up at 530 am which would have been 630 am. I've did this last year with him but don't really remember how it went.
Thanks

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
DS stayed in his crib a while this morning so I am going to try to keep him on schedule. The only thing that may be earlier is nap time. Staying up later doesn't make DS sleep later. He will be fine tomorrow.

I adjust it. He figures it out in a day or two. No biggie.

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
Adjust it. We kept him up later last night, so he slept 1/2 hour later than usual this morning (which was technically 1/2 hour early than usual, but that should iron out in a day or two).

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
We'll adjust his schedule to the time change. Just like us, his body will get used to it after a couple days.

Same here.

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
they will be on schedule. they woke up an hour earlier but will be taking their nap and going to sleep at their regular time. it will mean they'll be up an extra hour today, but will put them back on schedule for tomorrow!

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
We adjust. Both kids went to bed an hour later last night and they both woke up at their normal times today. So they're pretty much already adjusted.

Re: Do you adjust their schedule to the new time
I was hoping to use this opportunity to get ds on an earlier schedule.. He was going to bed so late and waking up late.
