do you always cut your hair when you color it?
I need to color my hair b/c I need to straighten it
is it bad if I wait to get it cut till after it's straightened?
I feel like it will hang different after it's straightened?

If your going to trim, that sounds fine...I feel like I always waited until after straightening to trim any unevenness that straightening showed as well as any dead ends from straightening. I would be mad if I cut then straightened only to find I needed to trim afterwards KWIM

I am more concerned about losing lenght
so I am going to color and blow out
then straighten and trim

Ditto..
my hair always has a bit of breakage after any type of straightening so I don't want to have to cut more off than I have to.. I like my hair long.

No I don't. Usually they go hand in hand...when its time to color its time to at least trim.
But sometimes I can skip the cut until the next time -- especially once I start going back from dark to blonde.

since a blow out is free for color, i dont do the haircut then.
i wait a few weeks then do the haircut, so I get 2 blow outs out of it.
also my hairdresser is also the owner so he will trim my angles for me between cuts for free..so my hair cuts last very long - 4-5 months.
My last cut was Dec 23 and I dont plan on cutting again until arpil or may.

funny- that's when mine was
my color is actually ok- but I feel like b/c I need to get it straighten I need to color it first
I am going to speak with the girl thursday when her sister does my eyebrows
