do you automatically snack on what you're giving your kids?
I just stopped myself from eating a handful of cheese puffs but realize I constantly do this and with things I wouldn't normally eat

A lot of times... yes! DD and I were muching on some cheerios together before. I'll often share her goldfish too

I used to do this when I was a Nanny...I gained 20 pounds in the 3 years I worked for the family and my cholesterol skyrocketed...
