No. I would like to because sometimes after I eat lunch I feel the need BUT the bathroom is too gross.

Everyday! Sometimes twice. And I floss. 
Everyone in my office brushes. We would find it odd if a staff member didn't.
this was the case at all of my previous office jobs. it was routine, twice a day.

No, privacy of my own bathroom, unless I'm staying overnight somewhere. I would see people do it at my old job though; I always felt like I was invading their privacy by being there (even though they were brushing, not me).
We always had mouthwash in the bathroom at work, though, and I always used that after lunch (provided there wasn't an audience).
Maybe it's a personal hangup - I've been married for 2 years, lived w/ DH for 2 years before that, and I STILL can't brush my teeth in front of him.
