Do you buy a new wardrobe every season?
And if you do, what do you do with the clothes from last season...toss them in the back of the closet, get rid of them or continue to wear them?
I find I always buy new clothes (not so much anymore since I'm not working f/t and my office is super casual) but I can never part with the clothes from the season before even though I know I probably won't wear them again.

wish I could afford to do that, but no. I do rotate my wardrobe seasonally (stuff goes into bins under the bed, etc. It usually takes me a while to actually get rid of stuff, but I've been getting better. Sometimes when I'm cycling stuff I'll see something and realize I haven't worn it in forever, and start a donation bag!
ETA: Definitely still wear stuff from previous seasons, can't afford not to!

I wouldn't call it a wole new wardrobe, but I usually get a bunch of stuff each season, mostly tops. Depending on if I still like the old stuff I still wear it. If I know I won't wear it again, it goes to charity.

Defenitly not. I usually buy more "classic" stuff that will last me a long time and then buy cheap trendy things at places like forever 21 or H &M.

a whole new wardrobe? never. not for any season. but I always add to my current wardrobe. some seasons/years more than others.

i moved over the summer and actually tossed most of my fall/winter wardrobe
(i had too many old/faded things or stuff that was either too big or too small)
so this year i am kind of starting from scratch - which is fun but daunting

Some pieces I replace every year b/c I wear them to death (v-neck sweaters, and long sleeve Ts) and some pieces I donate b/c I never wore them at all. Normally I update my wardrobe with a few new token pieces every season (sexy top, a good blazer, cute shoes, everyday dress, etc.)

I purge my closet a lot, especially with the change of season, but there are still a lot of pieces that I wear from before b/c they are classic and will never go out of style.

i buy a few new things usualy before the season starts, then add to it durning the season. I usually mix in the new stuff. and I rarely hold onto anything more then 2-3 seasons
