we give & receive this way - On my side - it's my mon/her SO, brother, grandmother, dad/his SO On his - nephew and my in-laws use a grab bag/Secret Santa, so you get one gift

We buy for ILs and my dad. DH's grandparents. And DH's 2 cousins have kids, we only buy for the kids, not his aunt & uncle or cousins.

I have 3 out of town friends I buy for, but they are closer friends than many of my local friends.
ETS: I buy a lot more gifts than these, but these are the only OOT people I buy for.

I buy for
My side: - My Mom, Dad, Brother, Brother's Girlfriend - Kris Kringle (2 gifts), godson, godparents, 2 young cousins
DH's side: - mom, brother, sister in law, two nephews - uncle, cousin, grandmother, great aunt
Friends: - 3 friend's children - 2 friend of family (widows)
Work: - 4 people for me - 2 secretaries for DH
