I love sales but I'm starting to think maybe it's a bad idea to shop for the future. BRU had this ridiculous clearance and I had a coupon where I ended up getting like $300 worth of fall clothes for literally $40. However, (and this is a big however) ds seems to have pretty much just skipped over the next size... So, when I busted out his stuff this week b /c his clothes were getting snug, I found that most the new just fit perfect and not a little loose for them to be great in a month+ when it's cooler. I guess a lot of the summer stuff like rompers and onesies also have more give to them- so I didnt realize the new stuff might be too tight. I also have a bunch of stuff for the winter- but now I don't know if that was wise even though I thought I was doing such good shopping!

How do you guys shop?

I shop for the current season. I find that with DD it totally depends on teh brand to determine what size she is. I have no clue how to figure out what size she will be in a year, maybe I'll be better at that when I have another DC.
I still manage to find great sales, I never buy ANYTHING full price or w/o a coupon though
