It's so smelly and reminds me of Windex as I sit here and eat my jenbenmen inspired sushi lunch.

Really, that might be interesting......
I know it's supposed to be a palate cleanser, but jeez, it doesn't have to TASTE like cleanser.... I crack me up!!!!

Love the ginger - always put it in my soy sauce with some wasabi for flavor...and if it's really fresh, yes, I will eat it.

Ew no. I have eaten once or twice to cleanse my palate but I don't pile it on the sushi like some do 
Flavoring the soy sauce with it does sound like it might be good though. Mixing wasabi in the soy though - YUCK!
Mmm...now I'm in the mood for Sushi tonight!

Well, I eat it sometimes but I woman I work with eats it like nobody's business. I like ginger flavored anything, though -- especially salad dressing.
