Do you ever take a day off??
Today is our anniversary and my nieces Christening. I have been pretty good all week, but I just am cringing at the thought of trying to keep track of points all day long. I plan on making smart decisions, but I just want to enjoy myself today. So I think I am going to give myself the day "off" and just make sure what I do eat is reasonable. Just wondering if anyone else does this??

I find by taking a day off, it boosts up my metabolism and I lose more weight.

I take a day off every week. Usually my weigh in day. That way, I am extra good during the week.
