Do you have a friend that is generally disliked by EVERYONE?

And you are starting to understand why this person is so disliked. What do you do about it?

I totally did!!!! We no longer speak, however. It was really awkward though, because she constantly rubbed people the wrong way. I was always in fear of her saying and doing the wrong thing. I always got negative comments about her too.

It is very draining to have a friend like this and generally there is a good reason(s) why the person is disliked.

I did, and there was a reason. He was an obnoxious, annoying self-centered prick and he was so draining. A toxic friend, as they say. I eventually was able to get rid of him. I just told him to stop calling me. I needed OUT of that "friendship"

ETA: I didn't stop being friends with him b/c my other friends (and my FH for that matter) didn't like him. I stopped b/c I couldn't take his BS anymore.
