Do you have a good sugar or "smooth" cookie recipe?
I'm looking for a tasty sugar cookie, or a cookie that's smooth (meaning I can dip it in chocolate & it'll be flat, i.e. Not something like a Choco chip, or oatmeal.)

I have a great butter shortbread recipe - I actually use it for linzer tarts, but I imagine it would be great dipped in chocolate. Let me find the link... Its barefoot contessa.

That's PERFECT!
I can make 2 large ones for eyes. Then the rest I can make as tarts. Maybe fill with nutella & dust with powdered sugar.
