Do you have a serving of fruit or veggies at every meal?

I'm pretty good with fruit and vegetables. I have 1-2 servings at lunch and probably 2-3 at dinner. But I noticed that I never have any at breakfast. And I eat many more vegetables than fruit. Should I incorporate more fruit into my diet?

Just curious as to what everyone else does.

I have the same problem. The easiest way for me to eat veggies at breakfast is adding them to scrambled eggs.

I know they say to stay away from juice but I now drink the 50% less sugar OJ in the morning. And I usually have a grapfruit or share one with hubby in the morning.

i make smoothies to get my veggies and fruits in during the AM.

Either a basic fruit smoothie or the green smoothie ( a recipe I got from kimberly snyder, a raw foodist)

you combine romain lettuce, celery, chopped up apple, water and some lemon juice. i usually just wing it... but i always put in more apple to sweeten it up!
