Do you have good storage in your house?

We rent out our basement - and we don't have a garage. We have a pretty big house - it's 4 bedrooms - 3 up and one down (which is the office) but we have NO room for extra storage.

The guestroom which is where we put everything - from our luggage - to all of my platters and good Christmas decorations, and extra bedding - will soon be a babies room - I was thinking of putting my luggage in the downstairs bathroom shower (which has not been used once in a year and a half of living here) Is that just weird? It's behind a shower curtain so no one would see anything.

The rest of the stuff in there will hopefully go in the shed.

We have room for storage but things are not stored well at all. I need some one to organize my house.

we are pretty lucky in that area... we have 2 sheds, a basement with all sorts of nooks and cranies, then the upstairs is like a finished attic... but we only have a 3 bedroom house...

I rent a 2 bedroom apartment so we have NO storage at all. The baby's closet barely holds anything, our closet is cramped and not big enough for 2 people and there is just a small closet in the living room.

We keep a lot of things in rubbermade totes at my FIL's house in one of his spare bedrooms when we aren't using them, like seasonal items.

well the downstairs is the office.

one is ours upstairs. the other is a guestroom - and the other will be the babies room.

my dining room is packed - i have a huge china cabinet and a sideboard - and i have more crap than i know what to do with. i still have stuff from my shower at my moms house. I could bring things back there - but I feel like I should make do with what I have. It's a four bedroom house for godsakes - I can't imagine that I have run out of room. The thing that is freaking me out - is thinking about what I will be buying and getting for this baby. With potentially 100 people at my shower - I will need to buy another house I think.

ETA: I will be more than happy to organize for anyone who needs it - LOVE organizing!!!!!! And I LOVE throwing things out. This weekend alone we got rid of 4 huge bags of stuff!

we have tons of storage....
we have a finished basement with 2 "storage" rooms. All the bedrooms have big closets, plus a garage and a big attic which we have easy access to.
We are very organized and everything is placed properly..

We have a lot of storage in my house. We have a huge finished basement. We have huge closets spaces also. We are so fortunate to have great storage in our house so that our stuff can be packed away nicely and we can keep things very organized.

We have a 1 1/2 car garage with a loft for LOTS of storage and our upstairs we don't really use right now (we don't need it) so all of our crap is up there. I think (so bad I don't even really know) that there is an attic - a little crawl space... so I guess a decent amount.

I couldn't live without storage. DH is a pack rat. I can't wait to unload some of the stuff. I'm hoping in January to do a big cleanout and dump some old crap.

We have 4 bedrooms and a basement. Our second bedroom upstairs is storing clothes, extra linens etc..the basement has everything else!

We have good storage- garage and attic/crawlspace areas, plus a bedroom that's not going to be used for a while. But it's not all it's cracked up to be- having the space has given DH and I the excuse to hang onto SOOOOO much stuff that we just don't need.

We are both such packrats...

I have tons of storage. Our bedroom has a huge walk in closet with shelves, our bed is a captains bed with 3 drawers on each side, each bedroom has a closet, 2 car garage and an attic.

I just need to be better at organizing

the house we are buying has nice size closets, storage under the stairs (perfect for decorations) a 1.5 car garage, and a huge shed. we dont have an attic or basement, but i think we'll be ok.

i don't think two houses could store all of our stuff. but no definitly not enough storage!!

We are lucky in the storage area... we have a garage, a basement, a shed, an attic, and crawlspace stoarage (similar to what you may find in the upstairs of a cape) in our 3rd bedroom.
