I had a gown for both deliveries....natural with DS and c/s with my twins.

When I delievered my first they gave me a gown and I also had a bra on but, that's it.

that's my biggest concern! i want to be able to keep my bra on lol it seems so silly but i would be SO much more comfortable.

I was naked when my son was born, and they popped him all slimy and stuff right on my chest. Best moment of my life!

I had my sports bra and gown on. You are all open at the bottom though.

They told me to take everything off under my gown. I didn't ask if I could keep my bra on - I was too happy to have it OFF so that I could be more comfortable! But I doubt they would even have known if I wore one.
