Did you check the website? Sometimes you can call the manufacturer and buy parts for it !

Check their website, you can buy replacement parts for most of their items, and they are really cheap too.

In fact, they may be kind enough to send it to you free. They sent me toys two times to replace ones that had issues...give it a try. And they even sent me a free high chair tray when I told them mine got stained.
