Do you let them fuss from time to time?
Megan is 5 weeks old and every time she fusses when shes in her chair or bassinet, I feel the need to run and pick her up. Shes not CRYING but just making sounds and I feel guilty for not getting her. Should I try to leave her for a little while since she is basically fine? I feel guilty but I think running to pick her up is wrong too..thoughts?

It sounds like it's fine, I don't think you need to run and pick her up everytime. You'll never get anything done if you do!! Don't feel guilty, it's not like she's flat out screaming her head off.

when DD was that age I stopped running to pick her up at every noise but instead would maybe rock her bouncy seat, sing, give her a toy...anything else to distract her.
