Do you like vinegar? Here's a yummy recipe for vinegar chicken

Here is a very easy and yummy recipe for vinegar chicken. The chicken falls off the bone when you are done cooking it!


Bone-in chicken parts with skin on (as many as you want to make)
White vinegar (enough to have the chicken 1/2 covered in it)
Olive Oil
Garlic
Oregano
Salt
Pepper

Here's what you do. Take the chicken parts and put them in a pan. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle salt/pepper/oregano over each piece of chicken... really just use your judgement. Cut up as much garlic as you like and we put some on top of each piece of chicken and drop some into the pan (we LOVE garlic over here!)

Pour in the white vinegar into the pan. You want to pour enough into the pan so that the chicken parts are covered about half way.

350 degree oven.

Put the pan of chicken in and as my uncle says "cook it to death"! You literally cook it in the oven for 2 hours. Make sure you baste it frequently. Because of all the vinegar, the chicken does not get dry. In fact, it falls off the bone when you try to take it out of the pan.

Let me warn you that you must like vinegar because your house will smell pretty strong of it. But it is DELICIOUS! And even better when it is left over!
