Do you take daily vitamines?
I think I need to start..
What do you take? Women's One A Day bother my stomach...

I take a multi-vitamin every morning but I do so after I eat otherwise I feel sick

same here, we buy the big bottles from cosco/bj's, I also take a couple of the B vitamins {1 & 12}, folic acid, and fish oil. But as said I eat a banana after i take them so my stomach doesnt get sick

I have been taking them at night because they make me feel sick, and it has been great...I feel fine! It is definitely better than taking them in the morning, and I am remembering better bc it is part of my bed-time routine
