Do you think 2yr old is too young for a show like Disney on ice or something like that?

I know next year she'll be old enough, but is 2 too young?

um - we're taking emma at 5 1/2 months. she'll like the music & lights - and that's about it! :)

I was wondering the same thing, I was between taking him to the Radio City Xmas Show/ Disney on Ice or Wintuk......but didnt know if he was too young. We did take him to the circus at like 16monts and he sat in awe the entire time. So Im leaning towards yes, but not 100% sure bc these tic are way more expensive than the circus was.

I have been taking cadence to all the disney shows and sesame street shows since she was 1... she loves them now (2 1/2) she knows all the names and hugs them... she loves it!

I think it depends on the child. My older DD went to Sesame Street Live at 2; to Disney on Ice at 3; and most recently, to a Broadway show for her 4th birthday. My younger DD...hmmm...I don't think so.

We're taking Kaydyn next week to see Disney on ice and she won't be 2 until Jan. There's 7 of us going so we figure we can pass her back and forth if she's antsy. Plus I said if she doesn't sit or causes too much commotion then we would leave. I want to try to get her used to these type things.

I dont think so. I have a neighbor that is 2 and she almost fainted when our other neighbor dressed as Snow White for Halloween. I think she will LOVE it.

We took DS to Disney on Ice when he was 16 months old. He LOVED LOVED LOVED it. He sat staring at all the characters, clapped everytime they zoomed by, etc ....
We took him to Sesame Live when he turned two and sat really nice and watched the show also.

DH and I want to take our 2yr old dd.. She loved the wiggles show and we took her to that at 11m old. Im thinking it depends totally on the child. If your child is the type that can just sit and watch then yeah then do it.. but if your child is hyperactive and doesnt like sitting for periods of time then I would wait.

No I don't think it is too young at all but it depends on the child. We took DD#1 to the circus at 10 months and she LOVED it. We are taking DD next weekend to see the show - she is a big disney fan and we think she will really enjoy it!

I do recommend getting as close seats are you can though so they are move involved in the action etc.

DD has been to the R&B circus and the big apple circus and has sat thru and love both. She is a very active 2 year old (will be 2.5 at christmas) and she sits for the whole show or at least 98% of it.
