Do you think DD is going through a growth spurt?

Do you think DD is going through a growth spurt?
Since Friday DD has been nursing on both breast to get full. It use to be just one. She will be 3 months Oct. 9th. I am thinking she may be going to through a growth spurt but not sure. She isn't sleeping alot though and I thought they usually just eat and sleep more.

DS is going through the same phase. He started not sleeping as much and now wakes up more often at night.

DD w/b 3 months on 10/7 & was sleeping through the night (9pm-7am) & lately has been waking up in the night (4 am) & eating more

The 3 mth growth spurt was horrible for us. DS wanted to BF every 30 min during the day and at night was waking every hr. to BF. It lasted 6 days for us.

With DS, we had an amniocentises (sp?), and a very obvious ultrasound, but a midwife was insisting that we were having a girl....
