Do you think it is ok to put a 21 month old in a hot tub?
without the heater on? She would be on my lap of course, not jets on or anything, just bubbles.
are the chemicals different than a pool? I will ask my ped. next app't but that won't be for a while.

If it isn't too hot, I don't see how it is any different than a pool. The bubbles would be fun!

As for the chemicals...I think there is Bromine in a hot tub. I don't see how that's different than Chlorine.
I wouldn't keep her in there long, especially if the heater is on.
