Do you think it is strange to go to Herhsey Park without Andrew?

We are planning a trip to Hershey in August but we think we might leave Andrew with my parent's.

I know it is going to be super hot and there isn't anything he can do there. PLus the 2 other couple we are going with do not have children so we thought it would be a nice getaway for the weekend.

Do you think that is strange for us to go to Hershey Park without Andrew?

I would go without him. I think it would be different if he was 3 and you were coming home wearing mouse ears.

They actually have mostly adult rides...some pretty awesome coasters. I love it there. If you can get somebody to watch DS, I say go and have fun!Chat Icon

Michael & I have been to Hershey Park twice by ourselves before we had Michael. We had a great time.

I am soo happy to hear that. And thanks for the hotel rec. That is where I booked.

Is it near Amish Land (whatever it's called)?

no, I don't think it's strange at all. He is too young to enjoy it anyway. Have fun!!

You are welcome. The Red Roof is nice & clean and only about 10 minutes from the park. It is not that far from Lancaster. Also, I know that Chris likes cars so I thought that I would mention that there is an Antique Car Museum pass the park. We have not been there but my girlfriend went to it last time she was in Hershey with her DH & DD and she said that her DH loved it.
