do you think prices will be lower?
if we got a few estimates last season for refacing the front of our house with faux stone, do you think now the estimates might be a little cheaper because of the economy? should we call other places to get some more quotes? just wondering. i'd love to do it but those prices were a bit high for us.

The cost of the materials will be the same. But some contractors may be willing to do it for less if they are hard up for work. It is better to make less money off the job then not get the job. Just make sure the contractor is licensed and insured.

This was actually on the news last week.
They said if you wanted work done it was a great time to do it. Because contractors were in need of work and would be negotiable on the prices, also they have the openings in their schedule.
